EMPLOYEES WITH UHC INSURANCE – computers will be available onsite to complete your online Health Risk Assessment. Completion of the HRA is necessary to receive the $75.00 incentive gift card from UHC. In order to do the HRA, you must be signed up on the MyUHC website. Please do that if you have not already done so. Go to sign up. Martha or I are happy to assist you with that if you are having any difficulty.

EMPLOYEES WHO DO NOT HAVE UHC INSURANCE – The Wellness Committee is developing criteria for you to also be able to receive a $75.00 incentive gift card, since the Health Risk Assessment is not available to you. Participation in the biometric screening will be one criterion, and the committee is determining the second criterion. More information on that to come.

I encourage you to take advantage of these health screenings. We've heard several comments over the years from employees who are better able to manage medical issues as a result of the screenings.
