Washington State Community College (WSCC) is hosting a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) workshop this Tuesday, Jan. 24, at no cost to participants.
All students applying to college should fill out a FAFSA, either online or with an application form. The application is free and lets students know either how much financial aid they can receive, or the amount/type of federal loans they can use. Federal aid and loans are used to help with the educational costs associated with college, including tuition, books, and institution fees.
